This is the one to get
I bought two different products in music stores that were advertised as being able to hold an iPad in an otterbox, but neither had a secure fit. The Caddie Buddy works perfectly. It holds firmly, is easy to adjust, and releases the iPad with no fuss when you want to remove it. Highly recommended.

This is the best IPAD holder for IPAD Pro 12 inch
I love this holder. Easy to use and hookS onto my mic stand. Love the goose neck flexibility. Sturdy and secure. I can leave my IPAD case on and still hook into the holder. Made in the US! Thank you for such an awesome product.

Best mount ever.
I have had several different mounts in the past and without a doubt this is the most secure, versatile, and adaptable one of them all. The customer service is the greatest and best you'll ever encounter. I loved the Caddy Buddy so much I bought my wife one as well. She sets her Caddy Buddy on a small table near her favorite chair and reads her Kindle books on her iPad. I put my iPad Pro in the Caddy Buddy set it on a table with my Apple keyboard and it's my best touchscreen laptop.

The video was accurate. The service was fast. A "No gemic" product. I called for clarification on a few points and placed my order after talking with the inventor/owner. Metal threads and made in the USA! .

Great Product, even better customer service
I have been looking at the different tripod mount products and landed on this one. I worked great, very secure even with a case on the iPad. Had a minor issue, I contacted Mike and he immediately made it right. There was no hesitation on his part.

It worked great until one of the tabs broke off. After looking at the other reviews, I may give them a call to see if it is repairable. I just assumed it was a write off.

Great design and function!
I have an iPad Air 2 and I absolutely LOVE this caddy. I film a lot of videos for my business and this works perfectly on my tripod. It inserts easily, secures my IPad, and slides easily from vertical to horizontal positions. The Goose Neck design works so well, I end up leaving my IPad on my tripod while I do all my editing. It's easy to put it on my desk as well. This is a great design and well constructed. Thank you for a great product!

Goose neck
Ipad snaps in nicely and is held securely. For the most part I use the mount while recording my daughter's volleyball matches. However it also works well on my kitchen counter for recipes. (Stands nice and sturdy)

Perfect iPad mount for those with ruggedized case.
After doing quite a bit of research I decided to purchase the Caddie Buddy in April 2014. It’s been great. It has durable spring loaded arms so you feel comfortable that your iPad won’t accidentally slip out (some iPad holders don’t hold all 4 corners of the iPad). I have a little more piece of mind knowing that I can leave my iPad in its protective case (griffin), and use this mount (not all mounts accommodate for cases). It comes with the additional strap for the kids to watch iPad movies in the car, the gooseneck so my wife can check out recipes (or more likely soap operas) while cooking. Then it allows me to relax and let the iPad sit on the tripod and record while I enjoy my kids sports games. Great product. Great buy. 5 stars.
